Micki Mayo - a Pilates instructor from Brisbane - was visiting Samui for a couple of weeks, and was leading classes down by the beach. Unable to resist the idea of exercising outdoors - looking up at the sky, with the sound of the waves hitting the rocks in the background. How cool is that!
