Today is the official start day for our villa - an important milestone! If all goes to plan, we'll have a house by mid-August! I can't describe how exciting it was to see the digger on site today. It's a shame that Ian's working in Singapore, and wasn't there to share the excitement.
In this picture you can see the digger on our plot... digging a big hole for the footings (foundations).
